The aim of the Personal and Professional Leadership Development Domain is to oversee attainment of the graduate and intended learning outcomes and training objectives. It also ensures assessment methods are aligned in the implementation of lifelong learning in the role competencies of Advocate, Collaborator, Professional, Leader and Educational Scholar. The following current components comprise the domain, and in future may include additional on-line modules and activities that Candidates will be required to engage in:

  • Reflective Journal Writing
  • Learning Sets
  • Self-audit and Peer Review
