Members and non-members can access an online 360° peer review questionnaire that enables the participants to reflect on themselves as well as seeking feedback from nominated peers. The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a person’s interpersonal, management and leadership behaviours. It consists of a series of statements, which are rated by using a six point scale.
The process has been designed to enable you to easily interpret the results and use the information to identify:
- Your capability strengths in your relationship with your manager, staff and peers.
- Areas within your capabilities which may be further developed and enhanced.
Data from the questionnaire will be reported in aggregate form and a report will be provided to you with your results. The report gives you feedback about your strengths and development needs based on the questionnaire you and your selected peers completed as part of the feedback process.
Feedback through this process is entirely confidential and only available to the participant.
