Applications are sought from suitable RACMA candidates for the position of Medical Administration Trainee, Wagga Wagga Health Services. Late applications to register with RACMA as a Fellowship candidate could be considered. The successful candidate will have opportunity to finish full 36 months of training and attain Fellowship of RACMA (FRACMA), while based at Wagga Wagga.

This position provides a unique opportunity to undertake a range of experiences in Medical Administration across a broad range of settings in Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) whilst studying for the FRACMA.

Under the delegated authority and direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services for Wagga Wagga Health Services will provide key RACMA competencies at Wagga Wagga Rural Referral Hospital, Griffith Base Hospital and smaller rural sites.

Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) is one of the busiest rural hospitals in NSW with 300 beds over 40,000 emergency presentations, 1,100 births and approximately 11,000 operations each year.  To date more than $14 million of medical equipment has been installed in the new facility.
