We will provide you with excellent practical examples and tools for the busy health manager, whether you are hospital or community based, a CEO of an Area Health Service or a rural, regional or metropolitan hospital.
The morning session is specifically tailored for CEOs and Executive leaders while the afternoon session will be particularly relevant to clinicians and clinical leaders from all health service disciplines, including operational managers.
