RACMA Advertising Information |

There are a number of options to advertise with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
The College provides the following avenues for advertising:
- The Quarterly journal of the College
- The RACMA website
- Exclusive Mail Outs
- Annual Conference

Option 1: The Quarterly
Every 4 months the College’s journal is circulated to all members and associated training organisations. The current circulation of the newsletter is more than 1000. The Quarterly is also produced in electronic form on the College's web site. To view a schedule of deadlines and release dates, click here.
There are various advertising options:

2. Sponsorship of an issue
It costs $3000 to sponsor an issue. This is only available to organisations or businesses that have direct relevance in the decisions of medical managers.

3. Insert within the College’s official journal The Quarterly to surface mail recipients
This option involves a half or full A4 page insert/attachment with the journal The Quarterly
The total number of flyers is to be provided by you. If not then the finished artwork (greyscale only for print) must be provided electronically in MS word or PDF format, and additional charges will be incurred for printing at 5 cents per copy

4. Linked Banner Advertisements:
This option enables advertisers to place their advertisement on the
RACMA online Quarterly homepage and have a direct link through to their own website.
Advertisers to supply artwork as .jpeg or .gif file 175 pixels wide by
100 pixels high. Additional costs incurred if unable to provide artwork.
The cost for this option is a flat fee of $200.00 per month.
Option 2: Website
Material for publication may include notice of conferences or important events, positions and vacancies, articles and news items or resources for education and training etc.

Career Advertisement:
The cost for this option is a flat fee of $275.00 per month.
Linked Banner Advertisements:
The College also offers advertisers the option to place advertising on the RACMA website. This option enables advertisers to place their advertisement on the RACMA website home page and have a direct link through to their own website.
Advertisers to supply artwork as .jpeg or .gif file 175 pixels wide by 100 pixels high. Additional costs incurred if unable to provide artwork.
The cost for this option is a flat fee of $200.00 per month.
Please note the minimum charge for this option is that of a two month advertising campaign.
Option 3: Exclusive mail out
This package is available when a document / invitation or advertisement is to be delivered to the RACMA College membership.

Candidate Handbooks
We invite you to purchase a full page advertisement in the RACMA Education Handbook or the RACMA Continuing Education Manual.
These handbooks are available to all Candidates, Fellows and Members of the College, their supervisors and training organisations. The handbooks are available in hard copy and electronically and they are updated annually.
Prices are the same as those for The Quarterly - Option 1 above.
Option 4: Annual Conference
Each year the College holds a conference of its membership and others interested in medical management and the running of health services operations. The College holds these conferences in different parts of Australia and New Zealand.
There will be regular opportunities for sponsorship of these conferences.
